The BPSC has released the detailed schedule for the Mains Examination of Project Manager Recruitment. The Mains Exam will be held on 22nd and 28th October 2022 in two shifts each day, as follows:

BPSC Project Manager Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the BPSC Project Manager posts, candidates must ensure that they fulfill the required eligibility criteria. BPSC has given certain guidelines on the eligibility criteria for certain factors like age limit and educational qualification which are mentioned below. Go through these conditions before applying for the same:

Educational Qualification
Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering or Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science Engineering or any other branches of Engineering from any recognized Institute/University with at least second class division. or Candidates should have a Graduate degree in Statistics/Economics/Physics/Chemistry from any recognized university/institute with at least a second division. or Candidates should have an MBA/Post Graduate diploma from an AICTE accredited Institute. or Candidates should have membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountancy of India. or Candidates must hold membership of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India. or Candidates should have a degree in Silk Technology/Management from AICTE approved Institute. or Candidates should have a degree in Leather Technology from AICTE approved Institute.
BPSC Project Manager Selection Procedure
The BPSC Project Manager Selection Procedure will be based on three stages i.e Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and the Interview. The Preliminary examination will consist of 150 questions on General Studies. Candidates shortlisted in the Prelims exam will be allowed to appear in the Main Examination. Main examination will be Descriptive in nature with three compulsory papers and one optional paper. The Final Merit-list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination & Interview.

Preliminary Examination
The prelims examination will consist of 150 questions and a composite time of 2 hr and 15 mins will be given to attempt this examination. Prelims in only qualifying in nature and marks obtained in prelims will not be considered for final merit. Given below in the table is the BPSC Prelims Exam Pattern for Project Manager.
