Haryana Civil Service Selection Process
The candidates will be called for the preliminary exam, main exam and interview. The candidates must qualify all the stages of the selection process to get recruited.

The candidates must be between 18 to 42 years of age as of 1st January 2021. For the post of DSP, the upper age limit shall be 27 years. However, there are age relaxations for the candidates belonging to the reserved category.

Educational Qualification
The candidates who wish to apply should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Commerce or equivalent from a university that is recognized by the government. However, the post-wise educational qualification is not yet disclosed by the authorities. Nationality
The candidate must be either a:
- citizen of India
- subject of Nepal or Bhutan
- Tibetan refugee migrated to India before 1st January 1962
- Indian origin person settled permanently in India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam

- There shall be a negative marking of 1/4th mark assigned to the question for every wrong answer.
