Before applying, the candidates must be aware of the Selection process of the IBPS RRB PO Recruitment. Below, we have provided detailed information on the selection process for the candidates. 

IBPS selection process for the RRB Officer Scale - I 2022 exam consists of 3 stages, which are:

  • Prelims Exam  
  • Mains Exam (Objective + Descriptive)
  • Interview

For RRB Officer Scale - II & III post a single examination will be held.

There is one-fourth negative marking in both Prelims & Mains both for each question answered wrongly.

Language Proficiency

Candidates applying for the posts of PO in any particular RRB are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State/ UT in which the RRB is situated to be eligible for an interview.

IBPS RRB PO Recruitment Salary & Job Profile 2022

During training, the basic salary for IBPS RRB is not more than Rs. 10000–15000/-, and it will vary after recruitment according to bank policy.
