The UPSC NDA selection process for the posts of the Indian Army, Navy, and Airforce is quite difficult to clear. How to Calculate NDA 2022 Marks?
Candidates have to know the proper steps to calculate their marks for the NDA 2 Exam. Check out the below steps to calculate your exam marks.
- The UPSC has a special marking scheme they follow while scoring the marks of candidates.
- In the Mathematics section, candidates get 2.5 marks for each right answer.
- In the General Ability Test section, candidates get 4 marks for each right answer given.
- For each incorrect response, 1/3 of the marks allotted for the particular question will be deducted.
- Candidates can calculate marks for Mathematics Section - Number of correct answers x 2.5 - Number of incorrect answers x (1/3x2.5).
- For General Ability Test Section, Candidates can use this formula - Number of correct answers x 4 - Number of incorrect answers x (1/3x4).

NDA 2022 Merit List
The Merit List of the UPSC NDA will be announced by the board with the list of candidates who qualified for both the written test and SSB interview. The NDA Merit List will be prepared by the UPSC separately for the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. Candidates who score the qualifying cut off marks required by the UPSC will be considered in the Merit List.

NDA Exam Pattern and Selection Process
The UPSC NDA 2021 Exam will consist of 2 stages. The detailed UPSC NDA 2020 Exam Pattern is given below. For both NDA 1 and NDA 2, the same exam pattern will be followed.
Stage 1: will be an Offline Object Type Questions Test.

Only candidates who qualify for the written exam of the recruitment process will be eligible to attend stage 2 of the UPSC NDA selection process.
NDA SSB Interview Round 2022
Candidates must register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website within two weeks of the written test results being announced. Following that, successful candidates will be allocated selection centers and SSB round dates. The authority will contact them via their email address on file. The SSB round will be split into two parts. Picture Perception and Description Test (PP&DT) and Officer Intelligence Rating will make the first round (OIR). Candidates must appear for Group Testing Officer Assignments, Psychology Assessments, Interviews, and Conference rounds in the second round. These rounds will have a total of 900 marks.
NDA Scoreboard 2022
Within 15 days of the release of the NDA final result, candidates' mark sheets are made available on the official website. For a span of 30 days, you can download the NDA scorecard. The following information is shown on the NDA scorecard.
- Name of the candidate
- Roll number of the candidate
- Sectional and overall scores of the candidate
NDA Result: Tie-Breaking Policy 2022
When two or more candidates get the same score in the NDA exam, the ties are broken based on age. This indicates that applicants who are older will be given priority.

What after the NDA Result 2022?
Candidates who pass the written exam are expected to attend the SSB interview. The exam consists of two parts: a Psychological Aptitude Test and an Intelligence Test. In Stage 1, all selected candidates are expected to appear first. Only those candidates who pass Stage 1 are invited to move on to Stage 2. Candidates who qualify for Stage 2 must submit their original certificates, as well as one photocopy of each original Matriculation and Original 10+2 pass certificate.
