When will my Pass expire?
It depends on which Pass you have purchased. Validity of the Pass is mentioned on the Pass and you can also check it in your account settings or on Pass
Will I be able to access my tests after my Pass expires?
No. You should attempt all your tests before your Pass expires. You will NOT be able to access the solution and analysis of attempted tests. After your Pass expires, you will have to renew it to access unattempted, attempted and new tests.
Will all of my attempted tests be available during the Pass validity period?
Yes, till your Pass is valid you can review attempted tests provided Test hasn't expired. Test expiry date is independent of Testbook Pass expiry date. Attempted Tests are available for the next 15 days after the Test expiry date.
How can I renew my Testbook Pass?
You can renew the Testbook Pass anytime, just like you purchased it. Since the Pass has already been purchased, the renewal can be done by navigating to the page where plans are available. Once the renewal process has been completed, validity of your Pass will be extended accordingly.
If I renew the Pass, can I get to reattempt the tests that I have already taken?
No, attempted tests cannot be re-attempted. Although, you can reattempt all incorrect and skipped questions using the reattempt feature available for Tests. To access Attempted Tests, you must have a valid Pass.
What happens if I renew the Pass before the expiry date?
If you renew the Pass before the expiry date, the duration of Pass simply gets added to the remaining days in your currently active Pass. For example, if you renew your monthly Pass 20 days before the expiry date, your renewed Pass will now be valid for a total of 50 days.
Can I attempt a test multiple times?
A test can be attempted only once. However, you can refer to the solutions and analysis of the attempted tests as many times as you want.
Can I download the question paper with solutions after the test?
No, you cannot download the paper; however, you can access the paper and its solutions by logging into your account on the website or on the App.
Do you also provide solutions for the questions?
Yes, detailed solutions will be available to you after you finish the test. You will be able to access these solutions anytime after you have taken the test.
Will I get any report card after the test?
Yes, you will get a detailed analysis of your performance after submitting the test. You will also receive an email with your test report.
Till when can I access the solutions and analysis of my attempted tests?
To access solutions and analysis, you should have a valid Pass and test should not have expired. Attempted Tests will be available for review till 15 days after Test Expiry date.
Will all of my attempted tests be available during the Pass validity period?
Yes, till your Pass is valid you can review attempted tests provided Test has not expired. Test expiry date is independent of Testbook Pass expiry date. Attempted Tests are available for the next 15 days after the Test expiry date.
I am not able to access My Tests, what should I do?
Mostly, your Testbook Pass has expired and you need to renew it. If that’s not the case, please write to [email protected]
I am not able to see Tests for my desired exam. What should I do?
You can see all available test series for all exams in All Tests tab. Please ensure you are in the right course (course dropdown besides Testbook logo on top left corner). You will find your Tests in My Tests tab under respective Exam tabs. All your attempted tests should be available in Attempted Tests tab. If you are still not able to find your exam or tests, please write to [email protected]
I do not have a computer; can I appear for the test through my phone?
Yes, you may appear for the test through your phone. Simply download the Testbook App on your Android phone and take the tests there.
What if my computer gets disconnected from internet during the test?
No need to panic. We auto-pause your test and you can resume the test from where you left. You can also manually pause a test by clicking on the 'Pause' icon on the top left corner inside the timer circle. Please note that these functionalities are not available in a Live Test. Kindly ensure that you have an uninterrupted internet and power connection during the Live Tests.
If I am unavailable on the day of Live Test, can I attempt the test on any other day?
No, you cannot attempt the test at any point other than the given time because appearing for the test at any other time will lose its value as a Live Test and it will be considered like any other practice test. Once the Live Test is over, you will be able to see the test along with its solutions.
I do not have online payment activated, can I use any other mode for payment?
You can use your Debit card, ATM card, Credit card, Netbanking account or payment wallets like Paytm/PayZapp/Freecharge/Ola Money to pay for the pass. If you do not have any of the above payment methods, send us an email at [email protected] and we will suggest an alternative method.
My money got deducted twice while making the transaction, what should I do?
No need to worry! Generally, one of the transactions gets refunded back to your bank account automatically. In case this does not happen, you can reach out to us at [email protected] and we will track your payment to get it refunded.
My transaction failed, but money got deducted from my account, what should I do?
No need to worry! Generally, if failed, transactions gets refunded back to your bank account automatically. In case this does not happen, you can reach out to us at [email protected] and we will track your payment to get it refunded.
I entered wrong email-id and/or phone number while making the transaction, what should I do?
In case you have entered a wrong email-id or phone number, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order details, correct phone number, correct email id and scanned copy of your identity proof (driving license/voter card/aadhar card).
How can I apply for the refund?
Once purchased, there will be no refund for Testbook Pass & Course. Hence, there is no process to apply for the same.
Will I get the refund if I want to stop using it before the Pass/Course expiry?
No, you will not get any refund if you want to stop using the Pass/Course before expiry. Hence, please read the terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in any course or purchasing testbook pass , as once you have purchased you cannot change, cancel your purchased plan. Once you purchase and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same.
Can I share my testbook account with my friend/relative?
No, You can not share your account with anyone. If you do so, Our systems will detect it and block your account immediately.
