Step 3. Read the user instructions for filling the online form carefully and click on “view advertisement” for UPPSC RO ARO and then click on “Apply”.
Step 4. After clicking “Apply”, click on “candidate registration” and fill out the basic registration form for the post you are applying for. Applicants must provide a valid mobile number, as all future communication will be using the provided mobile number. If any correction/modification is required then click on “Click here to modify” and click on “Submit Application”.
Step 5. After submitting, click on “Print Registration Slip” to get the printout of the registration slip for further use.
Step 6. You will see “Fee to be deposited [in INR]” on the screen. Click on “Click here to proceed for payment”. After clicking, the home page of State Bank MOPS shall be displayed. You can pay the fee via (i) Net Banking, (ii) Credit/Debit Card, and (iii) Other payment methods available. Click on “Print Payment Receipt” and keep it safe for future use.
Step 7. After submitting the fee successfully, click on “Proceed for final submission of the application form (Part-2)”. Fill in all the details asked correctly.
Step 8. Upload scanned copies of a recent colored passport size photograph and signature in the prescribed format and size. The candidate can use the Testbook Photo Resizing Tool to match these prescribed specifications. Click on “Preview” and check all the entries you have made and then click on “Submit”. The applicants may take a printout of this application.

For the post of Samiksha Adhikari (RO) and Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (ARO), the U.P. Public Service Commission shall hold a Preliminary Examination and a Mains examination. The preliminary examination is qualifying in nature. Those who qualify for the preliminary examination qualify for the mains.
Such candidates who pass the preliminary stage will have to fill up another application form to appear for the mains examination. The final selection will be as per Merit prepared on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in the Main (written) examination.
The UPPSC has prescribed certain eligibility criteria for the recruitment of Samiksha Adhikari (RO) and Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (ARO) which must be fulfilled by the candidates who are applying for the said posts. The prescribed eligibility criteria are given below:

The minimum age of the applicant should be 21 years and the maximum age of the applicant should be 40 years.

The cutoff for UPPSC RO ARO has been released for the cycle of 2016 on 15th April 2022. The first cut-off will be released after the preliminary examinations, those who clear it will qualify for the main examination. After the main examination, the category-wise merit list of the selected students will be released along with their marks scored in the main examination.
